When looking for the perfect influencers for your campaign you can see a handful of different data on their profile after clicking on 'Influencers'. But what do they mean?

General

  • Content quality means how other brands who have worked with the influencer have rated his/her uploaded content. As you can see this influencer brings quality content!
  • Response rate means how often and how quickly an influencer answers to an incoming message.
  • Chat response time is the average time it takes an influencer to answer an incoming message.
  • Request response time is the average time a brand needs to accept or reject an influencer's request.
  • Request response rate is the percentage of the influencer's accepted campaigns out of all that were requested.

Performance Estimation

Here you can see how many followers the influencer has on each connected platform and what are the different indicators of success you can expect when working with him/her.

Audience Credibility

If you click on "audience" you will get the most important information about the people who are following the influencer.
Credibility percentage means how many of the influencer's followers are real, genuine people and not just paid audience. Here you can see that this influencer's credibility is very high, so your ad will likely reach real people.

Notable followers

This percentage means how many of the influencer's followers are similar (or bigger) in follower numbers. If you want your brand to be recognized by similar people of the influencer you would like to work with, it is good to keep an eye on that percentage.

Notable likers

This percentage means how many of the influencer's likers are similar (or bigger) in follower numbers.

Likes not from followers

This percentage means how many of the influencer's likes comes from people who are not following the influencer. It gives a place for growth 

Audience Gender

Here you can see the distribution of an influencer's audience by gender and age. For example with this chart, you can see that most of this influencer's followers are females aged between 18-25.


Location by Country

Here you can see the influencer's audience distributed by location. This influencer has the most followers in the USA and in Poland. This can be helpful in geo-location!

Location by City

Here you can see the influencer's audience distributed by City. This influencer's followers mostly based in Los Angeles and Warsaw. This means this influencer is good to advertise with in these particular cities.

Most used hashtags

Here you can see the most tagged topics under an influencer's posts. Here you can see that this influencer is a real car enthusiast!

Top mentioned

Here you can see whom the influencer mentions the most.
If you have an image of your influencers and whom they represent in public, the "Top mentioned" will definitely help you make the right decision.

Influencer Brand Affinity

Here you can see those brands with which the influencer's follower base interacts the most. With this insight, you'll get a sense of what does the influencer's audience likes most. For example, you can see Apple, Burberry, and Calvin Klein here, so this means that this specific follower base is made up of fashion enthusiasts.

Audience Reachability

Under Audience Reachability, you can see the type of users that follow the influencer. In this case, you can see that the percentage of low following numbers followers is 51.8%, so it's most likely they will engage with your campaign instead of people with a mass following numbers.

Audience Category affinity

Here you can see the topics or categories that the influencer is interested/involved in. This feature helps you decide if your brand fits well into the profile of the influencer.

Engagement

If you click on the button 'performance', first you will find the Engagement rate, and a chart called Engagement spread. This tool analyses the last 40 posts of the influencer on Instagram and shows the number of likes, highlighting the most liked post.

The next chart named Followers shows you the change in the number of users following the influencer's Instagram profile in the past period. 

 

The Comment/Like ratio shows how the number of comments change in relation with the number of likes.
